Our client is looking to hire two (2) Master or PHD level Psysoclogists who will be working with Adults. These can be full-time or part-time roles.

Responsibilities:

Provide psychological services within an interdisciplinary team to clients with various injuries, including acute pain, chronic pain, traumatic injuries, and brain injuries.
Conduct psychological assessments, counseling sessions, and group interventions to support clients in returning to work.
Mentor Psychology Interns and contribute to program development initiatives.
Collaborate with peers to maintain best practices in rehabilitation psychology.

Experience and Skills:

PhD in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Trauma).
Experience Treating Trauma and doing formal Assessments on Adults, Trauma Psychology treatment programs, Psych injury screens, trauma processing and treatment plans, working within a collaborative environment with other disciplines or willingness to work in such an environment.
Registration or eligibility with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
Completion of an internship from an accredited facility.
Preferably, 1,600 hours of supervised practice and completion of the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP’s).
Experience in interdisciplinary rehabilitation settings, particularly in treating physical or chronic pain, is desirable.
Research and consulting experience is an asset.
